Bhubaneswar: Bandhan Bank, as part of its CSR initiatives, donated advanced life support ambulance to Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha. As a part of Bandhan Bank’s 10th anniversary celebrations, the Bank has donated 18 advanced life support ambulances across India, including this one in Odisha, to strengthen emergency medical access and improve healthcare delivery across diverse communities. The ambulance was handed over by Dr. Sarada Prasan Mohanty, Regional Director – Bhubaneswar, Odisha, Reserve Bank of India to Prof. Tej Partap, Vice Chancellor, Sri Sri University and Shri Swami Satyachaitanya, Director Operations, Sri Sri University in the presence of Mr. Siddhartha Sanyal, Chief Economist and Head Research, Bandhan Bank. Other senior dignitaries from Sri Sri University and Bandhan Bank were also present.

The initiative reflects the Bank’s commitment to improving the reach and responsiveness of healthcare services, ensuring that patients receive timely medical attention during emergencies. The ambulances have been donated to reputed medical institutions and healthcare organizations across the country, including those in Delhi, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Vadodara, Jaipur, Mathura, Jalandhar, Ahmednagar, Purba Medinipur, Murshidabad, and Secunderabad. By enhancing healthcare infrastructure and supporting hospitals across multiple states, the Bank is contributing to building stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.
