Bhubaneswar: Birla Global University (BGU), in association with Adfactors PR, hosted a two-day National Conference on “Reimagining Communication Management in a Data-Driven, Platform Economy” on March 19–20, 2026.
The conference brought together leading academicians and industry experts, including Dr. Samir Kapur (Chief Guest) and Dr. Anupam Das (Guest of Honour), alongside Vice Chancellor Prof. Kulbhushan Balooni. Speakers highlighted the growing role of AI, data-driven insights, and the need for accuracy and trust in modern communication.
The event featured panel discussions on reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and the future of AI-led communication, along with research paper presentations by scholars.
A key highlight was the launch of the MBA in Communication Management programme and the release of the Book of Abstracts. The conference concluded with a valedictory session and certificate distribution.
