The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jagannath Prasad Nayak, President & Unit Head, Aditya Aluminium – Lapanga, Hindlaco Industries Ltd as the newChair of the FICCI Odisha State Council.
Mr Nayak is a dynamic and result oriented manufacturing &metallurgy professional with MBA having 33 years of diversified experience in major Aluminium Smelting, Captive Power Generation & Downstream Units, adept at both technical & managerial aspects of Manufacturing Plant Operations. He was the Winner of Young Metallurgist of the Year by Ministry of Mines, GoI for 2006, ABG Chairman’s Individual Exceptional Contributor Award in 2014; Manufacturing Transformation Champion of the Year Award 2024 from Frost & Sullivan.
He has also worked in Hindalco Hirakud Smelter, Mahan Aluminium, Vedanta Aluminium, Oman Aluminium (Sultanate of Oman); Hindalco’s Aluminium Smelter Plant at Renukoot, Uttar Pradesh prior to his current appointment.
Mr Sanjaya Satapathy, CHRO, IMFA Ltd was appointed as the Co-Chair of the FICCI Odisha State Council.
