This includes <strong>domestic sales of 4,81,046 units<\/strong> and <strong>60,900 units exports<\/strong>. The <strong>domestic<\/strong> sales for the month registered a strong <strong>42%<\/strong> <strong>YoY growth<\/strong> while the <strong>exports<\/strong> grew by a massive <strong>67%<\/strong> over the same period of last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Key Highlights of April 2024:&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Corporate:<\/strong> HMSI inaugurated a new <strong>state-of-the-art<\/strong> <strong>engine assembly line<\/strong> at its <strong>Global Resource Factory <\/strong>in Manesar, Gurugram (Haryana), with focus on <strong>CKD (Completely Knocked Down) <\/strong>exports. \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Business Milestone: <\/strong>HMSI announced a significant milestone in the vibrant eastern region of India. The company achieved the remarkable feat of selling <strong>8 million units in Eastern India, <\/strong>which comprises of &#8211; Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, and North-East India.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Network Expansion:<\/strong> Elevating the #GoRidin spirit, HMSI inaugurated BigWing dealerships in <strong>Ayodhya <\/strong>(Uttar Pradesh), <strong>Thane<\/strong> (Maharashtra) and <strong>New Delhi<\/strong>. The company also inaugurated a Red Wing dealership in <strong>Deoria<\/strong> (Uttar Pradesh).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Road Safety:<\/strong> Expanding road safety awareness in India, HMSI conducted awareness campaigns in 10 cities across India &#8211; <strong>Pune <\/strong>(Maharashtra), <strong>Kochi <\/strong>(Kerala), <strong>Patiala<\/strong> (Punjab), <strong>Ranchi <\/strong>(Jharkhand), <strong>Ratnagiri<\/strong> (Maharashtra), <strong>Gwalior<\/strong> (Madhya Pradesh) <strong>Hosur<\/strong> (Tamil Nadu), <strong>Noida<\/strong> (Uttar Pradesh), <strong>Vijayawada<\/strong> (Andhra Pradesh) &amp; <strong>New Delhi<\/strong>. The company also celebrated the <strong>9<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary<\/strong> of its Traffic Training Park in<strong> Hyderabad <\/strong>(Telangana). Additionally, HMSI handed over Shine 100 to the\u00a0 winner of <strong>Honda Manesar Half Marathon 2024<\/strong> \u2013 Run for Road Safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Motorsports:<\/strong> <strong>IDEMITSU Honda Racing India<\/strong> team rider <strong>Kavin Quintal<\/strong> clinched 11<sup>th<\/sup> position in Race 1 of <strong>Asia Road Racing Championship<\/strong> (ARRC) Round 2 adding <strong>5 points<\/strong> for the team. His teammate <strong>Mohsin Paramban<\/strong> finished the race in 20th position.
