College Love Story  based Odia Film “Aham” Set to release on Big Screen This New Year

Bhubaneswar: A new Odia feature film titled “Aham”, centered around a youthful college love story, is all set to entertain audiences in the New Year. The film is being produced under the banner of Vijayalakshmi Films, and its auspicious muhurat ceremony was recently held at the Gayatri Temple, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, in the presence of the film’s cast and crew.
The ceremony included traditional script and camera puja, with prayers offered for the successful completion of the project. According to the production house, shooting will commence in January.
Actor Abhishek Panda will be seen in the lead role, while Piyali Das plays the female lead opposite him. Popular for her vibrant presence in music videos and on YouTube, Piyali Das makes her big-screen debut with Aham.

The film is written and directed by Himanshu Sekhar, who promises a fresh and engaging narrative rooted in emotions, romance, and the realities of college life. The project is produced by Nadini Parida, a young and upcoming producer making her mark in Odia cinema.
Aham revolves around love, relationships, and personal growth during college years and features a dynamic storyline enriched with romantic elements. The film includes four melodious songs, with music composed by Abhijit Tripathy and vocals rendered by Abhijit Mishra.
Apart from the lead pair, the film also stars Tukuna Stylist, Mr. Hatasia, Rameswari, Uma, and Guddu in important supporting roles.
With a youthful theme, fresh pairing, and soulful music, Aham aims to connect strongly with young audiences and lovers of romantic cinema.
