Jharsuguda, 03/04/2026 : The Pravesh Utsav was celebrated in a vibrant atmosphere on the DAV Public School Jharsuguda premises. A total of 160 newly enrolled tiny tots of Nursery, LKG, and Class I enthusiastically participated in the event on the occasion of their initiation into education, Vidyarambha.
The programme was organized under the guidance of the school Principal, Laxmi kanta Debta. The children, regarded as divine, were warmly welcomed with bouquets and study materials. The Vidyarambha rituals were performed, and the children were blessed with ‘Vidya Tilak’ and included in the specially organized Vidya Homa Yajna.
The event ran successfully through the collective efforts of the teachers, namely Sunanda Praharaj, Sangita Sinha, Rinku Sharma, Sabita Dhal, Smita Sahu, Sarita Mishra, Anjali Bal Subramanyan, Monika Srivastav, A.S.V. Srivali, Mili Ray, Rashmita Lenka, Rituparna Satpathy, Anamika Rani, and Nikhita Gartia.
