TPCODL’s Celebrates Remarkable Success of ‘Bill Pay and Win Scheme’

~ TPCODL distributed 200 mobile phones to the winners across its license area ~

Bhubaneshwar: TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture of Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, is pleased to announce the successful implementation of its “Bill Pay and Win Scheme”. This innovative initiative aims at encouraging customers to settle their dues promptly, resulting in a zero-arrear status. The program has received an overwhelming response from our valued customers.

As part of this effort, TPCODL has distributed 200 mobile phones to lucky customers across 20 divisions in events organized at 16 locations. These locations include Bhubaneswar, Nimapada, Puri, Cuttack, Salipur, Athagarh, Dhenkanal, Talcher, Angul, Khorda, Balugaon, Nayagarh, Jagatsinghpur, Paradeep, Marshaghai, and Kendrapada. These rewards recognize and commend customers who responsibly handle their electricity bills and make timely payments.

The primary objective of the “Bill Pay and Win Scheme” is to encourage and promote regular and timely payment of electricity bills availing rebates stipulated by Hon’ble OERC.

To be eligible for this scheme, customers must maintain a zero-arrear status at the end of each month, providing them with an opportunity to win one of the 200 mobile phones available monthly through a Lucky Draw. Additionally, TPCODL offers a 4% Digital Rebate and a 10 Paise/unit prompt payment rebate to customers who pay their bills on time, further incentivizing timely payments.
