Who is corrupt lady APS of Union minister, whose agency is maligning CM Naveen Patnaik and BJD

Bhubaneswar: Though controversy around Indian foreign services (IFS) officer Binay Pradhan assisting and managing election campaign of Union Minister in Sambhalpur constituency of Odisha is still brewing, name of another Additional Personal Secretary (APS) of minister, Tulika Singh is also doing round in the poll bound state. Sources of BJD told that APS Tulika Singh is camping in Sambhalpur constituency since last 2 months and spearheading the campaign for minister. BJD sources claimed that this is a clear violation of modal code of conduct as this APS is a Government of India staff and her services couldn’t be used by the minister and soon they will lodge a formal complaint to chief election commission in this regard.

Sources told us that APS Tulika Singh, not only involved in personal capacity in managing the political affairs of Union Minister but is also put out the services of her own PR and branding agency, for minister’s campaign and her husband is also working with her. “This is not only a violation of modal code of conduct but also a matter of corruption in government office, as we get to know that many PR and social media contracts worth crores by various central government ministries have been awarded to PR agency of Tulika Singh,’ informed a top BJD source. ‘This agency is quite vocal in spreading lies and maligning the reputations of popular Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik and other prominent leaders of BJD and hurting ‘Odia Asmita’ as well and we demand an investigation of this agency,’ demands BJD source.

BJD sources marked that Union Minister should clarify to the people of Odisha that why such a corrupt lady officer has been deputed in his election constituency and a smearing campaign is being run by “Outsider Agency” to tarnish the image of people of Odisha and state.
