Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has officially gifted his iconic Juhu bungalow, ‘Prateeksha,’ to his beloved daughter, Shweta Nanda. The transfer of ownership was formalized through two distinct gift deeds, each corresponding to a specific plot on which the bungalow stands. This significant move reflects not only a generational handover of a physical asset but also symbolizes the deep emotional connection shared between the legendary actor and his daughter.

Prateeksha, located in one of Mumbai’s most posh areas, holds immense sentimental value for the Bachchan clan. It is not just a property; it is a witness to countless memories and milestones in the veteran actor’s life. Being Amitabh Bachchan’s first property in Mumbai, Prateeksha saw the actor spending his early years in Bollywood with his parents, Harivansh Rai Bachchan and Teji Bachchan.
