Tata Steel Kalinganagar conducts a ‘Cyber Safety Campaign’ in association with District Police
Around 200 people participated
Kalinganagar: Tata Steel Kalinganagar (TSK), in collaboration with Jajpur police, organised an awareness session on cyber security at its Housing Complex on Wednesday.
Around 200 people from different industries, local communities and family members of Tata Steel participated in the session.
The session was graced by Shri S. Toppo, ASP, Kalinganagar, Yashwant Pandey, Chief, (Human Resource Business Partner) HRBP, TSK, along with Shri Ranjan Kumar Pradhan, IIC, Jakhapura, and the Cyber Cell Team, Jajpur.
Among others, Mukul Kumar, Head, Security, TSK, other officials of Tata Steel, and officials from JSW, JSL, Visa Steel, NINL, FAP, Jajpur, and other industries were present at the session.
The session covered topics such as techniques used by fraudsters to commit cybercrime, which include social media fraud, UPI fraud, ATM fraud, online banking transactions, etc. A Nukkad Natak was organised on the occasion to explain various ways to prevent cyber fraud.
