Balasore 18th January 2025 : TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, successfully observed National Road Safety Week with the theme “Parwah karenge, Surakhit Rahenge” (Be Careful, Be Safe) . The initiative aimed to raise awareness about road safety among employees and the community.
TPNODL’s corporate office, as well as its Circle, Division, and Subdivision offices, actively participated in promoting road safety. Employees pledged to follow safety norms not only at their workplaces but in all areas of life. The company organized a range of activities including awareness campaigns at schools, safety plays, and exclusive training programs for vehicle riders. Additionally, TPNODL conducted free eye-testing camps for riders and hosted rallies at various offices to further the message of road safety.
Speaking on the occasion, Dwijadas Basak, CEO of TPNODL, emphasized, “Safety is the foundation of our values, and TPNODL is committed to instilling a culture of safety and awareness among all our employees.
