108 Ambulance crew shows humanity by donates blood to a pregnant

Sambalpur: A pregnant woman has been given a new lease of life by 108 ambulance crew by donating blood. As per report, the pregnant named, Ichcha Sandha (22) of Panchmahal village under Subdega block of Sundargarh district was admitted to VSS Hospital in Burla due to severe labour pains. The doctor advised to collect A’positive blood group for immediate treatment. But at this time, the blood of this blood group was not available in the said hospital blood bank. Gyan Prakash Surin, a 108 ambulance pilot who came to the same hospital with another patient at the right time, came to know about the woman. Fortunately, his blood group was also A’positive. So he immediately came forward to donate blood without any hesitation.
