Berhampur: Tata Power Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) has taken proactive measures to tackle the increasing demand for electricity this summer season. Gearing up its preparedness to provide uninterrupted and dependable power supply to its consumer, team #TPSODL has upgraded the older 100 KVA transformer at Balipada with a new and more powerful 250 KVA transformer. When it comes to power distribution, the transformer plays an important role by regulating voltage and transmitting current from the power grid to the consumers. The replacement of the older transformer with a newer and more powerful one will improve the quality of the local electrical supply by mitigating overloading in the area, ensuring regular access to reliable and uninterrupted power supply. Besides, this transformer will also help in meeting the surging demand for electricity at the Primary Healthcare Centre and local schools. TPSODL’s proactive efforts to upgrade the electrical infrastructure in Balipada demonstrate their commitment to providing a seamless power supply to the customers.
